Accreditation awarded for our Information, Advice and Guidance
After a busy couple of days which involved staff, learners and partners we are proud to announce that we have been awarded Matrix Accreditation today. The matrix Standard is the unique quality framework for organisations to assess and measure their information, advice and/or guidance services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals. Feedback from staff, learners and partners confirmed that the service provided is exceptional and learners said ‘the training has changed our lives’, partners praised the professionalism of the organisation and staff clearly highlighted the ‘dynamic leadership’ of the organisation in meeting its mission statement f ‘setting a foundation for life and providing a springboard for a successful career in the railway industry.
We would like to thank all our staff, learners and partners for their support through this assessment and look forward to our continued success in the Rail Industry.
