I’ve really enjoyed working with the apprentices and employees at Five for Families, helping them to develop and grow in their roles over the apprenticeship.
We put a lot of effort in as a training team, to tailor the apprenticeship standard to individual apprentices’ needs and its fantastic to see them progress through the end point assessment process and achieve their goals.

We approached Sam at Five for Families initially to see if we could help them with their general staff development and apprenticeships, with a focus on all levels of staff from new entrants to the sector at Level 2 through to Room leaders and nursery management.
