We know apprenticeships.

Get in touch with our team, ask us anything about apprenticeships or how we can help you or your staff develop the skills and knowledge to make your business thrive.

What we do

Real Skills provide Education & Training that sets a foundation for life and provides a springboard for a successful career in the railway industry.

As a RoATP Main Provider we can work with you on a range of apprenticeship standards; help you advertise and recruit the right staff into your apprenticeship programmes and up-skill your existing staff with our apprenticeships and take your business to the next level.

Our range of stand-alone qualifications, accredited by leading UK awarding bodies are a fantastic option when a full apprenticeship isn’t required. They can be funded privately, by either the employer or individual or via the Advanced Learner Loan Scheme.

Following feedback from our staff members they find their tutor supportive and feel that the course they are on is really helping them to grasp the role. Overall, we are very happy with Real Skills and look forward to being able to continue to use them going forward.  As a member of the management team, I find Real Skills ‘Supporting your Apprentice’ webinars to be really helpful.

Georgina,  Earlswood Early Years

Real Skills have been very informative and supportive from the very start of our training with them and they have offered a great range of courses to further develop our skills and contribute to enhancing our Nursery setting. We have six staff members undertaking their Level 3 to Level 5 apprenticeships with Real Skills, we will be happy continue to use Real Skills going forward.
